Return & Refund Policy – Voltedge BD

At Voltedge BD, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

• You have received a wrong product or the wrong quantity.

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• The product is not functioning as described in the product details.

2. Conditions for Return

• The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

• Certain products like customized items, clearance sale items, and special-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or negligence.

• Electrical items that have been installed, altered, or used.

• Products without original packaging or missing parts.

4. Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Service via phone, WhatsApp, or email within the return period.

2. Provide your order number, pictures/videos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

3. Our team will verify and confirm the return eligibility.

4. If approved, you will be given the return shipping instructions.

5. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

5. Refund Policy

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, bank account, card payment).

• Refund Timeframe: It may take 5–10 working days after inspection to process the refund.

• Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs will be covered by Voltedge BD if the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective product). For all other reasons, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange for a replacement of the same or equivalent product, subject to stock availability.
